Board of Directors

                                           Our Board Directors volunteer their time to help us achieve our mandate. 
 
The mandate of the Board as set by it's Bylaws is to provide governance oversight through the Chief Executive Officer.  Members to the Board are nominated by existing Directors and selected for consideration by an appointed nomination committee and are selected based on a skills matrix approved by the Board of Directors.  The nomination committee and Board Members consider the suitability of each candidate for appointment, including their knowledge, experience and competence in respect of matters relevant to the operations of the board and the activities and programs of the society.
